#34 | 100 Happy Days

I’ve had this idea for a baju kurung for years, and last summer while I was in Singapore, I finally found the right kind of fabric for it. I was so happy. I felt like I waited forever and it paid off because I got exactly the thing I had always imagined.

Today, almost a year later, my dad and I took my fabrics to a tailor in KL. We talked about some designs and he took my measurements. He was such a funny and nice guy, and I love it when people make me feel comfortable telling them what I need/want.

I love that I’m one step closer to getting the baju I’ve been wanting for so long! πŸ™‚
